regarding Kensington Island Properties.

Hey Sheeple!

The new TAG board doesn't know what to do about the problems with the Union Bay Fire Department.  Up until now TAG/UBID has managed to operate behind the scenes making decisions and when questioned, have answered with the old phrase about being elected, their mandate, blah blah.  

TAG/UBID is afraid of upsetting supporters if tough decisions are made by this political party.  Instead, the leaders are going to involve the community by having committees (no doubt hand picked individuals) to determine what the community wants and will report back to the political party.  The political party TAG/UBID will then be able to state:  This is what the community wants.

The decision has already been made, it just needs to look as though it came from the community, and then the political party gives the appearance it is listening and acting on what the community wants.   EASY!

AND DON'T FORGET:  This is my OPINION!

This Isn't Funny - It Is Telling Though

Is it expecting too much for elected officials to provide direct, honest answers?  Extract of November 2011 Board Meeting, questions at end of meeting.

The open, honest and accountable answer is "YES".  This question was asked in November 2011.  The truth was confirmed in April 2012, and the Chair looks like..............well, all the ones who preceded in the position.  There is absolutely no difference.
