This Isn't Funny - It Is Telling Though

WARNING: I don't exist to meet your expectations or justify what I care about.

Is it expecting too much for elected officials to provide direct, honest answers?  Extract of November 2011 Board Meeting, questions at end of meeting.

The open, honest and accountable answer is "YES".  This question was asked in November 2011.  The truth was confirmed in April 2012, and the Chair looks like..............well, all the ones who preceded in the position.  There is absolutely no difference.
